Experience You Can Count On

Fire&Craft Solutions Inc. is led by Richard Capstick, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on experience in construction, renovation and skilled trade work. That experience shapes the way we approach every project — with practical thinking, attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job properly.

Whether supporting a larger construction project or completing a residential renovation, we believe good work starts with reliability, clear communication and respect for the client’s property, time and investment.

The Experience Behind Fire&Craft

Richard Capstick brings more than 20 years of professional experience, including 12 years working in England, where he developed much of his technical background in welding and hands-on construction work. His experience across different countries and work environments has shaped a practical, adaptable and detail-oriented approach to every project.

Richard’s background also extends beyond the technical side of construction. His studies in neuropsychoanalysis, together with his interest in human behaviour and communication, have influenced the way he works with clients, leads people and approaches teamwork — with attention, clarity and respect.

Fire&Craft was first established during the pandemic while Richard was living in Brazil, built around the idea of combining skilled workmanship with reliability, problem-solving and respect for the people behind every project. Today, that same approach continues in Canada.
